We collect the details you provide when you register, book a delivery or contact us — including your name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, and payment references.
How we use your information
Your information is used to process bookings, allocate riders, deliver packages, process payments, provide support and improve our services.
Location data
During an active delivery we process rider GPS location to provide live tracking and accurate arrival estimates. Location history is retained only as long as needed for operational and dispute purposes.
Payment security
Card and bank details are processed by our licensed payment partners. SEE-MORE does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Sharing
We share only the information required to complete a delivery — for example your drop-off address with the assigned rider. We do not sell personal data.
